On Sept. 12, 2023, Maj. Gen. Tomohiro Matsuura, Japan Air Self-Defense Force commander, Hyakuri Air Base, Japan, and Col. Trigg Randall, 515th Air Mobility Operations Group commander, Yokota Air Base, Japan, gathered for a mission brief and tour of the 730th Air Mobility Squadron.
