EC leadership visits Joint Base Charleston

Maj. Gen. John Gordy, U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center commander, and Chief Master Sgt. Kristopher Berg, USAF EC command chief, examine a High Altitude Airdrop Missions (HAAMS) equipment demonstration Dec. 11, 2019, at Joint Base Charleston, S.C. During their visit, Gordy and Berg toured various facilities across the installation for a behind-the-scenes look at base operations while getting a glimpse of service members in action. The USAF EC is the Air Force’s center of excellence for rapid global mobility and agile combat support training and education. The center also has direct oversight for installation support, contingency response and mission sets within the global mobility enterprise.
