New commander at Expeditionary Operations School

Col. Thomas J. O'Connell, Jr. (right), assumes command of the U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Operations School in a change-of-command ceremony at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., July 7. Maj.
