Michael Frymire, 817th Contingency Response Group commander, ceremoniously hands the unit guidon of the 621st Contingency Response Squadron, the first activated unit in the 621st Contingency Response Wing reorganization, to Lt. Col. Donovan Davis, the first Commander of the 621 CRS at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., May 28, 2015. The CRW will maintain the same mission to support air mobility operations worldwide.
