Tennille Preston, 621st Contingency Response Wing, 818th Mobility Support Advisory Squadron, presents a table top exercise to members of the Zambian Air Force. Her team traveled to Lusaka, Zambia to take part in a first of its kind Department of State training event under the new section 1203 authority, March 21, 2015.
