US air advisors pioneer new DoD training in Zambia

Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. -- Zambian air force Lt. Col M. Mukuka, Commanding officer, 15th squadron, briefs his team during a table top exercise presented by eight members of the 621st Contingency Response Wing, 818th Mobility Support Advisory Squadron. The team traveled to Lusaka, Zambia to take part in a first of its kind Department of State training event under the new section 1203 authority, March 21, 2015.
