Two Airmen from the Electronic Systems Center of Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., put together a portable contingency landing system that's carried in backpacks during Air Mobility Battlelab's Portable Contingency Landing System Initiative concept demonstration at Duke Field, Fla., in July 2008.
