Artist John Witt, chairman of the New York Society of Illustrators, presents a sketch to Chief Master Sgt. of the Air Force Rodney McKinley on Feb. 10, 2009, during an enlisted call at Fort Dix, N.J. Mr. Witt completed the sketch of Chief McKinley during an interview held earlier in the morning.
