Mr. Wayne Hall, a retired Air Force master sergeant and instructor in the Air Advisor Course, provides an orientation for new students in the course on Feb. 10, 2009, in Grace Peterson Hall in the U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center at Fort Dix, N.J. The Air Advisor Course trains Airmen deploying to Iraq and Afghanistan helping those countries build their own air force.
