Tech. Sgt. Shane Lacaillade, medical instructor for the U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center's 421st Combat Training Squadron at Fort Dix, N.J., provides feedback to Air Force security forces after they completed an obstacle course as part of combat first aid training during a past Advanced Contingency Skills Training Course. Sergeant Lacaillade is currently deployed to the Iraqi Military Training Base of Kirkush, located in the Diyala Province just over 10 miles from the Iranian border. He is assigned to the 732nd Expeditionary Logistics Readiness Squadron Det. 1 Logistics Military Advisory Team as one of only a few Airmen working in a position traditionally filled by the U.S. Army.
