Tech. Sgt. Gary Ennis, 87th Communications Squadron, places a circuit board into a box of other phone switch components that were destroyed after an electrical surge destroyed the U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center's phone switch at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J.
