Whether you are home, working, or deployed this holiday season, we hope you have an opportunity to connect with loved ones and find time to recharge. If you pause to reflect on your blessings, we imagine your list would be filled with people rather than things – friends, family, and loved ones. Chief Green and I certainly recognize that we are blessed to work with competitive, courageous, curious, and action-oriented Airmen, who defend our Nation and outpace the adversary. You are our Nation’s ultimate competitive advantage! We encourage you to take inventory of the challenges you overcame this year. Find the silver linings we sometimes take for granted when the mission demands a grueling pace and think forward to all that you, your families, and your teams will do for our Nation next year.
