TRAVIS AIR FORCE BASE, Calif. -- Members of the 921st Contingency Response Squadron performed their first on-base flight of the newly acquired Small Unmanned Aircraft System July 17, 2020, on Travis Air Force Base, Calif.

The sUAS is a recent addition to the 621st Contingency Response Wing’s capabilities and is projected to be used as a force protection aid to observe potential threats during daytime and nighttime hours.
