USAFEC leadership gather for Spring Eagle Rally Published April 18, 2023 By U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center Public Affairs Staff JOINT BASE MCGUIRE-DIX-LAKEHURST, N.J. -- The U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center enterprise commanders, command chiefs and spouses gathered to attend Spring Eagle Rally at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., April 14. This iteration of Eagle Rally focused on equipping USAFEC leaders with the tools needed to forge warrior hearts for victory as well as set the theater for the winning scheme of maneuver. The team also attended briefings intended to provide self-management skills, ethical perspective and situational awareness to help shoulder the incredible responsibilities commanders have to ready and strengthen Airmen for a perilous fight. Leaders in attendance ended the conference by tackling USAFEC strategy and discussing the way ahead, while spouses held discussions centered on mental well-being, programs available to Airmen, and how to best provide support to the organization.
